Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. will not be liable for any damages or injury caused any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of any law enforcement officer providing security services. Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. makes no warranties or representations with regard to the competency of the law enforcement officers, other than that provided by certification by the local or state agency training said law enforcement officer to provide police or security services. Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. provides no training or continuing education to the law enforcement officers providing security services through this website. All training and continuing education is provided by the law enforcement agency with which the law enforcement officer is affiliated with.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

By listing with Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. the user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rent-A-Cop, Inc. from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs, expenses (including attorney's fees), or liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever related to the security services provided by the officers, including, but not limited to those arising or alleged to have arisen out of or in consequence of negligence, wrongful acts or omissions, unlawful acts, or willful misconduct of the officer, which Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. may incur or sustain out of or in connection with, but not limited to personal injury, breach of contract, breach of warranty or any other action relating to security services provided through use of Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. website. The user shall bear any expense of defending any action which may be brought against Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. alone or along with the officer or others. The officer shall assume the defense of such action and shall pay any judgment or claim established against or cost or expense incurred by Rent-A-Cop USA, Inc. arising from any causes herein set forth in accordance with the terms set forth above. The officer shall maintain workers compensation insurance, general and automobile liability insurance.
